A friend shared they had a tendency to "push people away". Required social distancing opened their eyes. They realized the painful affect of disconnection from those they care about. With this awareness, they reached out & made amends to those they avoided! #quarantinegems

1. My cat, Aurora, & I had a video go viral! 2. I got quite overwhelmed & tired as a result. A friend, who would ultimately help me back to perspective & balance, was available to talk on the phone for several hours. Neither would have happened if not for #quarantinegems
