Deft does have way more liabilities than assets (debt), no moat, lots of competition, aging products and declining margins. and they’ve had plenty of time to execute

Too many retail don’t read filings enough or understand what they’re actually reading. Been doing this for 20+ years. I’m an old empty nester and read filings for 2-3 hours daily
