playing tall in vic3 is doable, but quite a bit more difficult and troublesome than just doing imperialism

it took a lot of willpower to not just invade everything

end game is a bit of a slog, but actually quite engaging because I had to catch up to be the #1 power, rather than win by 1600.
I'll try to take Scandinavia and maybe Iberia by the end, but we'll see how Europe feels about it

so many rebellions.
