I was live on BBC World Service TV, standing right in front of one of the mining sites where the young men who later died in NSCDC detention were arrested.

I brought updates from the scene and reported on the situation on the ground as events unfolded.

Enough is enough. The violence in Plateau State must end.

Every Nigerian deserves safety, dignity, and justice regardless of faith or identity. Let humanity speak louder than division. Nigeria must protect all its people.

Attention Nigerians,

Harira was pregnant and was killed by IPOB in Anambra, along with all her children. More than 1,844 people were killed in that area as of 2023. These killings were done not by Muslims, but by those who are Christians.

[Typical Aboki @Proud_Aboki]

I speak as a typical Naija Aboki.

The bloodshed in Plateau State must end. Silence cannot be our response to injustice. Every life matters, every citizen deserves protection.

Nigeria must stand for peace, dignity, & justice for all.

A year has passed since 16 innocent Hausa hunters were tragically killed in Uromi, Edo State. They were heading to the Eid Durbar festival when they were attacked and falsely accused of kidnapping.

[𝐉𝐎𝐑𝐃𝐀𝐍 @j0_szn]

Some of Nigerian Christians are the biggest hypocrites on earth.

A pastor and his wife rapes a 13 year old girl, gets her pregnant, and you people are in the comments saying "he’s a fake pastor," "he's not a real Christian,"
"hunger made him pretend to be a pastor" Are you people suffering from mental bankruptcy?

When it comes to Islam you forget This is equivalent to criminals taking up arms and pretending to be Muslims.
When a Muslim do something evil, it's "Islam is violent" When it's ours, you judge the entire religion, but when it's your pastor with his pants down and a pregnant child crying, suddenly it's "he's fake Christian"

Ya’ll are bunch of hypocritical clowns dancing naked in the rain of your own stupidity. A criminal is a criminal. A pedophile is a pedophile. Whether he's holding a cross or a Quran. But you'll never admit that because your religious bias has rotted your brain.

Northern Nigeria is bleeding, In the last 24 hours alone:

🚩 Bandits invaded Digare, Bauchi,

🚩Passengers ambushed/driver shot in Kogi,

🚩An NYSC member tortured while pleading in the name of Allah,

🚩Mass abductions near Govt Technical College, Kogi,

Bauchi and Kogi have significant Muslim populations.

It is the Holy Month of Ramadan.

If you still think this is about "Islam" and not pure terrorism affecting us all, you aren't paying attention.

Terrorists have no religion. They only have victims.

Explain why they’d do this now if they were "fighting for faith.

[Abu-Sadeeq @Dongarrus1]

THE NORTH IS BLEEDING 😭 😭 😭 💪💪💪

Every day, fresh reports pour in: dozens killed in Zamfara, mass abductions in Kebbi and Sokoto, communities fleeing on foot in Bauchi from feared bandit attacks, passengers ambushed in Kogi, and the list grows even during Ramadan. Lives lost, families torn apart, farmers unable to tend fields, schools shut, businesses crippled this is no longer just "insecurity," it's a full-blown humanitarian and national emergency.

Banditry, kidnappings for ransom, jihadist raids, and violent criminal gangs have turned our northern communities into war zones. Over the past weeks alone, hundreds have been murdered or abducted. The Northwest and Northcentral regions suffer the most, with millions facing acute food insecurity worsened by this violence. How many more graves must we dig? How many more children must disappear before we say enough

The Federal Government must act decisively NOW:

- Deploy overwhelming, intelligence-led security operations to flush out these terrorists and bandits from our forests and villages.
- End the cycle of ransom payments that only funds more terror.
- Provide real protection for vulnerable rural communities, schools, and highways.
- Address root causes urgently: poverty, illegal mining funding these groups, and lack of development that breeds despair.

This is not a Northern problem alone it threatens the unity, economy, and future of the entire nation. Lives and property are the constitutional duty of the government to protect. Failure here is failure everywhere.

We call on President Tinubu,@officialABAT, security chiefs, and all leaders: End the bloodshed in the North. Restore peace.

Protect our people. No more excuses, no more statements action now

Attention to all our Nigerian brothers and sisters: we have our own internal crisis, and we must continue to address it. The war between Iran and Israel will not solve our problems. Let us focus on our own situation, please.

[Daniel Regha @DanielRegha]

In the last 12 to 24 hours, recent headlines report that:

1. Bandits invaded Digare community, Bauchi State.

2. Bandits ambushed travelling passengers in Kogi State, while shooting the driver.

3. Bandits tortured a captured NYSC member.

4. Bandits invaded and abducted many people in Kogi State near Government Technical College.

-Bauchi is a Muslim State, Kogi is partly a Muslim state, and the corper being tortured pleaded in the name of Allah, (For the sake of Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W), please help me. Please help my life).

Again, this is the holy month of Ramadan; Now tell the public why bandits will be attacking and torturing people at this time, since a lot of you want to link the insecurity crisis to just Islam, instead of just addressing them terrorists that are affecting us all. Kindly explain.
