Yesterday Minister @ThomasCArthur visited Quarriers in Glasgow to hear about their community-based approach to care and specialist epilepsy support model. They also discussed advocacy and how evidence from front line care helps inform and drive improvement across the care sector
Every time I speak to Scotland’s care sector, they tell me they need more people.
Westminster’s migration policies are very damaging to social care, but I’m proud that our displaced workers scheme helps care providers, like @quarriers who I visited today, retain skilled staff.
