1) ‘60% lower odds’ is not 60% fewer
2) ‘of moderate or severe depression’ what % have moderate or severe depression?
3) ‘12-month follow-up’ is clinical BS. People will believe a positive outcome even when it isn’t because of the need to believe they did the right thing. Real research in this field would examine over multiple years. This document is garbage.
