@FortBendCounty WON temporary injunction. Restraining order has been granted by Judge Becerra at 4:38pm 8/19/21 enforcing what is reasonably necessary to protect public health. @FortBendISD Masks are now in force and you have the green light to mandate.

@POTUS Texas schools are misallocating their ESSR money. Fort bend ISD refuses to use this money to pay for a virtual school option. Will you please sue them and make them keep their promise to use these funds for what they were meant for?
