Yo havent posted here in a while but wanted to give an update somewhere around middle of last year fell back on old habits wasnt in the best head space but after my skiing trip in january this year something clocked and i decided to lock in like never before since then 1/2
instead of just βdietingβ im eating good and clean while not feeling hungry so gonna keep going and will see how far i can get time moves fast and these 2 and a half months felt like nothing
Im down 6 kilos and still taking it slow im still around 3/4 kilos heavier then at my prime but all my body weight lifts have been way easier then when i was lighter meaning ive built a lot of muscle and currently i think i finally found a way to make it my life style 2/3(i lied)
Fell back on my old habits while being sick/travelling eating like shit and not going gym, gained like 3 kilos but maybe i needed this to push myself harder then before so time to grind out the winter
