From the early morning hours, exhibitors have been busy putting the final touches to their stands, preparing for the thousands of visitors, buyers, media representatives, and tourism enthusiasts expected over the coming days.

As expected, Her Excellency Ambassador Anne Katusiime once again visited the Uganda Village. Her continued presence and support speak volumes about the commitment behind Uganda's participation and the importance of these regional tourism engagements.

Walking through, you can feel the confidence, professionalism, and excitement from the Ugandan tourism companies that have travelled here to market the Pearl of Africa, seek new opportunities, build partnerships, and tell Uganda's story to the world.

People living around Buwaate, Kungu, Kyanja, Kisaasi, Kira, Najjera, Kulambiro, and the surrounding areas, we're launching a Fitness Day where we'll walk/run together every Saturday starting at 7: 00 AM.

Starting Point: Kyap Gardens, Kyanja Ring Road

Route: We'll start from Kyap Gardens and take the Kungu stretch until we connect to the Buwaate–Najjera 2 Road. From there, we'll walk/run uphill along Buwaate Road up to Stabex. Right opposite Stabex, we'll turn left beside Buwaate Mosque and take the murram road through Classroom before reconnecting to Kyanja Ring Road and completing the circuit.

Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned runner, you're welcome to join us as we promote fitness, health, and community.
