@NannuPH @honeyybomb It was a submitted question/note written by the foreperson. The judge called lawyers to sidebar and then read the note into the record and allowed them to argue in open court about next steps. There were two notes written that day and only one was on camera.

@NannuPH @honeyybomb If this one juror was set on a charge without a doubt that would different. He has every right to his stance. The prob is that he admitted in deliberations to having doubt but refused to follow the law and judges instructions. He’s not being called out for being a holdout.

@NannuPH @honeyybomb The foreperson’s note specifically gave the juror’s ID # & the note specifically said that this 1 juror admitted to having reasonable doubt but refused to follow the law. That is VERY different than him being a “holdout”. He literally admitted to having doubt but refused to apply
