There’s something I need to tell you before the year changes.

I am not here to talk to you as a coach or as a motivational speaker.

But like someone who has seen enough life to know how this season usually feels.

If you’re scared about the new year, that’s normal.

If you’re confused, unsure, tired, or nervous, that’s human.

If you don’t even know what goal to set, or where to start, you’re not behind. You’re just honest.

Here’s the truth many don't say out loud.

You don’t enter a new year with understanding, you enter it with questions.

Understanding is built inside the year, not before it.

So if you’re sitting there thinking,

"I still don’t know what I want"
"I’m not proud of where I am"
"What if 2026 is just another disappointment?"
"I’m tired of starting again"
"I feel like I wasted time"

Listen carefully.

You've not failed because you feel lost, feeling that way means your old answers no longer work, and your new ones haven’t arrived yet.

That space in between is where growth usually begins.

You don’t need to have everything figured out on January 1st.

You just need one honest decision; I will not give up on myself.

No long new year resolutions, Just quiet commitment.

You may not know the full plan, but you can choose the next right step.

One habit, one skill, one honest conversation, one boundary, one application, one restart.

That is enough to begin.

And about feeling like a failure, let me say this plainly:

Failure is not being behind others. Failure is refusing to learn from where you are.

If you’re still thinking, still reflecting, still hoping, still scared but willing, you are not done.

Life does not end because one year was hard.

Your story does not conclude because progress felt slow.

Some seasons are not for winning, they are for building strength quietly.

So if the new year feels heavy instead of exciting, don’t panic. It doesn’t mean something is wrong with you.

It means you’re standing at the edge of change.

Take a breath, lower the pressure, stop comparing timelines.

You are allowed to arrive slowly.

When the year finally comes, don’t ask yourself, "Will this year be different?"

Ask: "What can I do differently consistently?"

That’s how lives actually change.

I’m rooting for you.

Even if you don’t feel strong right now.
You’re still here...and that matters more than you think.

On the 18th of December, we kicked off our Christmas giveaway. 3 million naira were shared amongst my followers.

I initially wanted to share it like we did back in February, 100k for 30 people. But you guys and my team said it was better to share it the way we did on my birthday. 30k each for 100 people.

We kicked off with this and did it 10 daily, for 10 days. At some point we shared for 12 in a day.

Throughout this period, I usually went back to read some of the comments after my team was done with the selection and 99% of you all had valid reasons for needing the money.

At the end of the day, I could only share it to 100 persons amongst the thousands of comments on the posts.

It finally ended last night. Tough luck for those that weren't selected but I should let you know that this isn't the end.

If you've been my follower for a long time this year, you'd know this isn't the end. I have a surprise for us next year, a bigger surprise next year. I won't say more until then.
