@VivintHome we cancelled your service in May. We were paid in full. Now, not only are you saying we owe more, but you turned it over to a collection agency? What an unorganized piece of crap company you are.
@DeltaDentalNC after years of being a delta dental customer,switching to a private plan effective 1/1/23, you now tell us we do not have coverage for a procedure? 11 months of paying premiums for nothing? Your customer service agent was the rudest person I have ever dealt with
@VivintHome we canceled our service on May 17. So why do you continue to send us bills with past due notices?? Every time we call they can see when we canceled service. Then they tell us to call back in 10 days to make sure it’s canceled.. your company is horrid!
@RebmaNotrub@VivintHome We were lucky in that we never lost $ but they keep sending us bills with Kate fees, etc. Every month we call, they tell us it is canceled but then another bill shows up.
@RebmaNotrub@VivintHome Same thing was happening to us. We canceled 5 months ago and they tried to charge us. Had to call our CC company and block Vivint from charging us
@RoyalCaribbean So we’ve worked hard to reach Pinnacle and now you’re taking benefits away??? No suite lounge, coastal kitchen or sun deck….you want us to be loyal to you but you don’t want to be loyal to your long time passengers
@slinganswers We have tried unplugging, rebooting and all the other steps multiple times and we still continue to get buffering. We can’t even watch 10 minutes of a show without the buffering.
@slinganswers We are still having buffering issues. Reinstalled app, restarted device, logged out/logged in. Nothing worked. The buffering is on all channels we try to watch via sling. Frustrating…
@RoyalCaribbean Unless you get covid on board. Then Royal Caribbean transfers you to a covid hotel and forgets about you. Their “care team” won’t answer the phone or respond to emails. They don’t care about you. Worst customer service ever.
@Delta No. After paying $3K for tickets and this epic failure of a flight (and the flight attendants didn't care either). So being on a 7+ hour flight with no services isn't a concern of Delta's. $200 - really????
@Delta - You need to understand that we have a choice in air travel. Your "FLAGSHIP A350" was the worst flight ever. Offered $200 for a 7+ hour flight that had no IFE, seats didn't work, no overhead light and no call button - after paying $3k for a premium select ticket!
@Delta So you are saying you really don't care after paying this much for a ticket and having no services available? Obviously you don't care about your passengers' experience. Unbelievable....
@Delta - MAJOR FAIL! We flew your "FLAGSHIP A350" plane from DTW-AMS in Premium Select. Our seats didn't work, no IFE, no overhead light and no flight attendant call button. Paid $3K for what? Called your customer service number in ATL and they didn't care.
