Aside from the tears I shed seeking my Rabb’s mercy during Ramadan, I shed my first tears this year today.
And they were tears of joy. ‘Ekun ayo!
5mins straight I was crying on Sujud and chanting Shukrah Ya Rabb.

Totally unrelated.
Yesterday was my Nephew’s prom.
I went to get him flowers for his prom date
I have never been gifted fresh flowers before and for the first time I understood the appeal.
Thank you beautiful one❤️
@QueenShuga_ Caught Up by Liz Tomforde was an OK read.
I still have about 2 more Tomforde books to read.
Let's see what she serves!
@QueenShuga_ ,take your flowers 💐
I just finished an overwhelming psychological thriller
I need to bury the tidbit disappointment/ dissatisfaction I feel by immersing myself into another book
I can’t get myself into my new pick. Not because it’s not promising
The old book keeps creeping into my subconscious 🫠
@QueenShuga_ The Right Move by Liz Tomforde was a fantastic read.
Imagine going from Zee and Stevie to Ryan and Ind❤
@QueenShuga_ ,thank you for bringing joy to my heart with these books
❤🥺
@QueenShuga_ recommended The Last Letter by Rebecca Yarros.
This book takes us a journey of human connection, love, loss and grief 😔 .
It broke me and held me at the same time.

This book is the epitome of forbidden romance.
An FBI agent goes undercover to investigate a drug baron. However, she ends up falling in love with him.
Such a delicious story. Also, the male protagonist is so swoonworthy. 😍
