Yes, a Walmart cashier, an Amazon delivery driver, or a server at KFC should be able to afford rent, groceries, and their bills on a full-time paycheck. That’s the entire purpose of having a job.
I Saw the TV Glow was alright but it really should have been about a 28 year old man who tries to replay video games from his childhood but they suck and he gets no enjoyment out of them and he realizes hes gay and retarded and lowkey kills himself
The scary thing here is that IMAX can't build any more new projectors. (They apparently don't have a complete set of the engineering blueprints, most of the engineers who designed them have retired or passed away, and the parts supply chains have long since dried up.) So the goal for the foreseeable future is to upgrade and keep all the existing projectors running for as long as they can.
Andrew and Tristan Tate were arrested for CSAM related charges, Tulsi Gabbard's brother arrested for trying to lure children to his hotel room and JK Rowling was caught taking upskirt photos of a trans woman and posting them online.
All the transphobic monsters are being exposed
This is what I mean when I tell you that companies don't take your privacy seriously.
Alaska Air already has my government ID. They know my legal name, my birthdate, my face. I cannot board their plane without handing that over.
But that's not enough. Just to view their website they require me to DEGRADE my privacy AND security so they can collect even more data about me. They won't let me even look at their website unless they collect my IP, geolocation, finger print my browser, and collect any information they can use to identify me even more. The data they want is precise enough that it makes me trackable across the whole internet long after I use their site.
This is not for my privacy or security. When companies say they value your privacy, what they really mean is your privacy is valuable to them, like an inventory item. They harvest privacy, not protect it. AlaskaAir you need to do way better than this.
This story is hilarious. Director of Tekken fell in love with Black Culture - incorporated it into Black characters for the game - then when Black people said "You're invited to the cookout", he had never heard this term before and thought he had offended us 😭😭
They're stealing the land, homes, possessions, and now want to target the bank accounts and money of People of Colour, immigrants kidnapped, held captive, trafficked, and even killed by ICE.
When they forcibly deport people, the victims with no IDs, money or resources for help.
🚨 ASININE ALERT 🚨 Ohio EPA wrote this on official letterhead: "lowering of water quality...is necessary to accommodate important social and economic development." Necessary. Pre-confessed. Congratulations, Ohio EPA. Award earned.
Fun fact: the FMA:B footage in latest Yomi no Tsugai episode was newly animated, but supervised by the same animation director who worked on the original FMA:B episode (4) - Hiroya Iijima (飯島弘也).
Unpopular opinion: The fact that they can quickly install data centers nationally means they could've been updating infrastructure which they claimed was too difficult and expensive.
His name is GARRETT LANGLEY. People need to know who he is. What his hobbies are. Who his friends are. Everything. Make him a household name and let his evil ass live with the consequences of his privacy being ended
This is your friendly reminder that data centers don't actually need water. They need a cooling system and are using water because it's the cheapest way to do it.
