If you’re not talking about race when talking about the housing issues in Los Angeles you’re missing the mark. Black Angelenos are 8% of the general population and 35% of the unhoused population. That’s systemic racism.

@RealLDF I’m not happy with those who talk about the symptoms of poverty & over policing without acknowledging the roots. The “legitimate” safety concerns are created by systems that only exists due to the over funding of police. Defund the police to fund services to combat your concerns
