@minsltweety@avinhere @iamursulab Understand this, just as you have the freedom to type out these vile things from the comfort of your keyboard, others too have the right to live their lives the way they want to. We all do
@minsltweety@avinhere @iamursulab See what I donโt understand is, what do you expect from all of this? Do you expect her to change? For everyone to just magically say theyโre going to stop being gay because a faceless profile on twitter told me itโs a mental illness? Or are you just screaming into the void?

Technical Sergeant Leonard Phillip Matlovich was an American Vietnam War veteran, race relations instructor, and recipient of the Purple Heart and the Bronze Star.
On June 22, 1988, Matlovich passed away. His tombstone, meant to be a memorial to all gay veterans, does not bear his name. It reads, "When I was in the military, they gave me a medal for killing two men and a discharge for loving one.โ
Our generation grew up with the phrase, โwhat are our neighbours going to think?โ This holds many of us back from change. An unwavering support system is as refreshing as it is rare to see, but itโs not without challenges.

@HHamexu @nuzlyMN I might not agree with it, but I respect your right to live your life the way you want. All we ask is that you respect our right to live the way we want. Itโs simple really, it involves both of us just living our mutually exclusive lives!
@HHamexu @nuzlyMN Me, I believe god loves everyone, gay or straight or whatever. You believe your god doesnโt love everyone, just a select few who you believe are holy according to your standards. But I donโt believe what you believe, but I respect your right to believe what you want.
