In Oct/Nov 2019 there was a full blown pandemic preparedness operation to plan responses to a major pandemic, then 3/4 months later COVID hit. In Oct/Nov 25 in the U.K. Operation Pegasus was a new 3 stage pandemic preparedness operation, which specifically mentions meningitis, lo and behold 4/5 months later the rapidly growing Kent meningitis outbreak. 2. Add the melted coconut oil and stir until a smooth paste forms.

4. Refrigerate until firm.
