@CrendonIrrig There are definitely $ in selling rock/gravel to projects, although this is short term cash with very poor rehab of land. There is a lot of land that could be used for carbon sequestration if made usable for grazing and pasture renovation

@calukafarms Soil tested every paddock this year and put out recommended rates, first year I have done split applications and separate applications of phosphate and potash. Will be tissue testing throughout the year to determine anymore applications needed.

I’m looking at starting a feed drive for the fire affected farmers. Not sure where it will be needed most, but will sort that out once I have an idea of goods and where it is best utilised. Drop off point would be Cowaramup and I can manage out of there. Will also need trucks.

Bit concerned about algae growth in them, is this anymore common then steel tanks?

@Ranching4Profit Cows should always work for the farmer, not the farmer working for them. It starts as calves and goes on from there. They should be working for their right to stay on the farm, no easy path or favourites, let them work for the right to produce for you.

Doesn’t matter if you are vaccinated or not, the figures are showing that the unvaccinated are the minority. There will be areas of the state that will have less vollies able to turn out then other parts 1/2
