تجربة سيئة مع موقع @Trip 👇:

دخلت الموقع عشان احجز تذاكر ذهاب وعودة ، لكن سياستهم تنص على انهم يحجزون تذكرة الذهاب برقم مرجعي يختلف عن الرقم المرجعي الخاص بتذكرة العودة (يعني اذا تم الغاء تذاكر الذهاب ستبقى تذاكر العودة سارية وبكذا انا خسرت نص فلوسي وطبعاً هذا الي صار معي)

It speaks quite poorly, that a paying client is being given the runaround for a refund of her own money SINCE JUNE!

@TissyCharles who is the relevant regulator for this sort of issue. They should be made aware.
