@BFirstParty Having worked the gate line at stations, I know staff are told not to confront or do anything regarding fair dodgers, leave for revenue inspectors (who are somewhat scarce). If you say or do anything that results in staff getting hurt by fair dodger it's seen as the staffs fault.

@UKDefJournal It's good to see some common sense decisions can still be made. Saving time and probably money later. Also certainly justifies having more than carriers.
