Copper – Do's & Don'ts 🌿
Not all drinks belong in copper, and not all cleaning methods are copper-friendly. A few simple practices can help you use your copper vessel the way it was intended—safely, effectively, and for years to come.
Copper isn't about quick fixes—it's about conscious living. ✨
Forests are not a resource — they are the source of life.
370 million years ago, Earth was a harsher world of rock, floods, high atmospheric carbon, and unstable climate.
Then forests emerged.
They transformed the planet — building soil, drawing carbon from the atmosphere, releasing oxygen, regulating rainfall, and helping create a world capable of sustaining complex life.
Even today, forests continue to regulate the systems human civilization depends on.
They influence climate, sustain biodiversity, stabilize rainfall, and move moisture across continents through invisible “Flying Rivers.”
But in just a few centuries, humanity has removed nearly half of the world’s forests.
What took millions of years to stabilize can begin unraveling within decades.
Protecting forests is not simply about conservation.
It is an act of self-preservation.

It is in the lap of Mahakala, or the ultimate stillness, that all creation has manifested. The significance of being human is that we are competent to experience and become one with that lap.
After three years of relentless efforts by the #SaveSoil movement, a global climate conference is finally focused on “A Green World.” We hope Azerbaijan leads Central Asia and sets an example for the rest of the world by demonstrating how revitalizing agricultural soil is a key aspect of climate change mitigation. -Sg

Behold the natural courier of life's essentials, the iconic Amazon Rainforest.
A global treasure yielding not only the oxygen we breathe and the water we drink but also serving as a vital buffer against the climate crisis.
#SaveSoil
Many are aware of issues such as climate change, carbon emissions, air pollution, and water scarcity. Yet the critical importance of soil often goes unnoticed.
Throughout history, the sustenance of life on Earth has relied upon a thin layer of fertile soil that blankets the planet's surface.

Why Policy, if it is not in policy it can not be guaranteed. If I have big farm and I take best care of it, there is no guaranty my next generation will also take same care of it.

You know the statistics, the looming danger, as well as the dire need for timely action. But as long as we are relentless in our commitment to Save Soil, together we can.

If you thought that fungi can’t move, you thought wrong!
Zoospores are a unique type of soil fungi, as they are the only fungi with spores that can move. They have a long tail like a tadpole which they use to 'swim' through the soil. These little guys are small (<0.1 mm) and they hunt and eat nematodes - small, parasitic worms - so they are good at reducing soil pathogens and keeping crops productive.

On this World Day to Combat Desertification & Drought, I call on every citizen on the planet to raise your voice for soil. Every minute lost in taking genuine action to #SaveSoil is a minute stolen from future generations. Let our Humanity be stirred. For barren lands to become fertile, we must first ensure our hearts are not barren. Let’s make it happen. -Sg @UNCCD #DesertificationandDroughtDay #UNited4Land @cpsavesoil
