@WiseBlood_@dragonballchad@MangaMoguraRE Nobody who will talk knows for sure. Was the author sick? Working on the anime? Plotting the next few chapters to minimize inconsistencies and stay on the overall story path? It's all speculation with no actual evidence that I've seen.
@tronsgender@NMamatas My brother and I read it in our sixth grade years for funsies. He had taken it from our grandmother's house and read it before me.
So we have identified 3 American children to the OP's 1 Italian child. By anecdotal evidence, we read Dante more than Italians! 😉
I read the Divine Comedy for fun when I was 11-12.
My brother who picked it up from a grandmother's house read it before me. He's about a year older than me.
Spoke today to a 13 yr old Italian girl who is now studying Dante’s “Divine Comedy” at school. I understand it’s a pre-eminent work of Italian literature— but are our American 6th graders reading anything close to a 13th century poem of 14,000+ verses? Just asking.
@ShopCrunchyroll Would have loved to have gotten this. But the Crunchyroll Store mishandled the order, the package got lost and there's no replacement to be had!
@FedEx Being hip isn't a substitute for actually delivering the packages to the right place.
Basically, if you want to make sure your package is not delivered, use FedEx.

@PKhakpour I truly believe that Democrats view Trump more like an "effective" thing to campaign against than an existential threat to democracy. Which is why we did not see great movement on his trials until about a year before the election.
@PKhakpour It was so tone deaf! Like, people were panicking that they were about to die and these people thought singing, "imagine there's no heaven" would be comforting 😅
@PKhakpour I also think GA is a tossup like it has been for the past eight years. The ground game there from both parties seems so intense, it's difficult to say for certain which way they'll go.
@PKhakpour I am not sure if they can be paired together like they traditionally are on that issue. But data of past elections links them together in general, so if we set aside my speculation, it's more reasonable to think they will both be blue or both be red
