Hey, @FlyFrontier! You cancelled my flight from Atlanta to Dulles, with no options for rebooking. You only refunded $34 of my $240 ticket, claiming I never filed for a refund. THAT IS A LIE. This is outright theft! Nobody will contact me back!

Please Help! You cancelled my daughter’s flight, morning of, due to mechanical issue. No same day options given. Had to buy a ticket on diff airline. Was only offered a partial refund + voucher. @USDOT req a full refund incl. ancillaries for cancels.
@FlyFrontier@FrontierCare FlyFrontier Flight from ATL to DFW cancelled and you only offer partial refund and a $100 future flight voucher due to no available pilot. No flights home for 2 days. You don't even offer a hotel stay. Completely unacceptable. New flights cost me $653.
@FrontierCare@FlyFrontier is horrible once again. I had to chat to get my tix booked since the site was not working right. I had vouchers to apply that were expiring and they only added one and not both. I got overcharged and now they won't fix it to give me back the $50.

@octal@FlyFrontier I do a lot of LAX-MIA and only hop on @AmericanAir A320s because of the wifi. The route is also served by their 737MAX (lol no) and their old ass 777 with the Panasonic old ass system.

Hour late on a reported"ontime" flight..baking on vegas tarmac...uncomfortable seat that doesn't recline..total inefficiency..why would anyone fly frontier..I never will again!
