@SHoddeMiller @JakeOsborneReal But he resisted Satan in the dessert to show faithfulness to the Father, and to show his sinlessness as the spotless Lamb, as was totally necessary to be our substitute.

[Diana Quick @Quickdianah]

@Emilia316117932 @mellyneuf That was my thought… like of course some wives can and do abuse their husbands, in different ways of course, given the physical differences.

[Natasha Crain @Natasha_Crain]

Alisa and I had such a great time doing this skit at Share the Arrows. You have no idea how many times we practiced it. LOL

In case anyone is confused, this is the introduction to a talk on things that sound good but are totally unbiblical. :)

[Diana Quick @Quickdianah]

So incredibly sad, but worth the time and pain to read and listen to this.

[Garrett Kell ن @pastorjgkell]

Sin always hides the price tag.

It never tells you what it will cost you.

Caleb Flynn committed adultery and then murdered his wife, Ashley.

At his sentencing, letters written by his 10 and 12-year-old daughters were read aloud.

Take a few moments to listen to them.

Let their words sober you about your own sin.

One Day soon, all our deeds will be exposed in another, much higher court.

Sin aims to blind you and keep you from turning to God.

Do not be deceived.

Do not give sin place in your heart.

As it has been said, “Sin will take you farther than you want to go, keep you longer than you want to stay, and cost you more than you want to pay.”

Flee to Jesus.

@JudyinCanada1 @Katy_Faust Tradition!!

[MLB @MLB]

The @Rangers take sole possession of 1st place in the AL West!

[Diana Quick @Quickdianah]

@DrDebraSoh For the record, I’m with the men if they’re the ones who believe in justice.

[Diana Quick @Quickdianah]

@davidgmillsatty @HadEknuff @MikeWingerii Mental issues are real, but not medical. And, just because there was no NGRI in the Middle Ages does NOT mean that the lack of such a notion was therefore wrong. Every period of history has its wisdom and its flaws. Chronological snobbery has no legitimacy.

[Diana Quick @Quickdianah]

@MikeWingerii Therapeutic culture, influence of evil in the garden- blameshifting. People can’t face reality of our fallenness/capacity for wickedness. Therefore there must be something outside of ourselves to blame

[Diana Quick @Quickdianah]

@sevier_nick Well said

[Diana Quick @Quickdianah]

@dandarling Great points. But, can you give me more detail on the gnostic conspiracism? I mean I understand the meaning of both words, but a bit confused with the quote in parenthesis.

[Diana Quick @Quickdianah]

@karol @megbasham I like Dolly but don’t she fully support LGBTQ?

[Diana Quick @Quickdianah]

@CWTexanbgoG @Dawn_Psalm23 But ultimately you’re right, that even if the sin nature takes over and humans commit heinous sin, it’s either demonic influence or demonic possession.

[Diana Quick @Quickdianah]

@CWTexanbgoG @Dawn_Psalm23 It does and I agree. I just believe that humans are capable of terrible sin without demon possession, AND that sometimes humans are possessed.

[Diana Quick @Quickdianah]

@SportsSturm @CooLMeeGz Even if it isn’t widespread, the existence of it at all is insane and dangerous and reflective of our cultures trajectory towards radical autonomy- totally worthy of any “culture war” response by those of us who care about reality.

[Diana Quick @Quickdianah]

@mcshev @SuzieSeeksTruth Exactly. The system does warrant an overhaul. But, did someone force her to take all of those meds?Similarly, a drunk driver who wasn’t in his right mind when he caused the death of a car full of humans, nonetheless, he is the one who put the mind altering substance in his body.

[Diana Quick @Quickdianah]

@ScriptureSays__ @farmingandJesus I don’t deny that people are depressed, and it is true that the Bible is honest about this, but I do not believe it is a medical disorder/disease.

[Diana Quick @Quickdianah]

@PodcastSTS Agreed she was psychotic- but let’s not forget who really suffered in this situation. LC demonstrated her depravity, and psychosis does not excuse her.

[Diana Quick @Quickdianah]

@GlennReib Wow!!! Love this
