@zebpay@zebpaysupport BTC-INR Perpetual futures exchange rate seems to be glitched big time. The USD-INR exchange rate is changing because of which I am at risk of my position getting liquidated. I have raised a ticket also. Please resolve this immediately.
@zebpaysupport Look at the number of exchanges we have had here and still you have the audacity of responding with bot like replies. You should seriously introspect yourself if you are doing things right for the customer or not. Stop the loot please

@zebpaysupport No you don’t - 2 order ids have been shared 2 weeks ago. You don’t have the capability of ascertaining the exchange rates for this long? You charge exorbitant platform fees to give such services?
@zebpay is still investigating this huge INR futures issue where the days low is higher than when my order price was executed. It’s a clear case of exchange rate manipulation by @zebpay and looting the customers in daylight
@eth_us : How can someone sit on such a huge issue for a week and don’t even give customer advisory before positions are opened? Is this even ethical by any standard?
@voxya_ : @zebpay has ignored the glaring platform issues that I have highlighted. Instead of prioritising on resolving the customer issue, they are celebrating mediocrity by announcing promotion to the CTO - can there be anything more silly than this?

Another glaring platform issue - the funding rate and countdown timer are faulty @zebpay . You display some random numbers for customers to make a decision to trade but charge something else and say it’s as per platform policies and conditions. Shame on you for looting customers

@zebpaysupport is responsible for deterioration of my mental health. They have severely impacted me by making false promises many times and have shown zero accountability in getting a resolution
