From what Ive heard from all my working class mates - working class communities are staying in - abd in terrible overcrowded conditions no sunlight - usually bastard greedy private landlords - those going out are the ones that always think rules only appy to the little people.

A degree level education is as vital for modern policing as it is for nursing, paramedics, social workers, dentists, architects etc. Time to progress away from over training and undereducating. Hope the new recruits can stand firm against antiacademic culture.
