One life lesson people usually learn late is that not everything falls apart all at once.
Most things change slowly first.
Effort drops, interest fades, priorities shift, and by the time you fully accept it, things have already been different for a while.
That’s why paying attention early matters more than reacting late.
This is an important post for X users. I want to share my recent experience with X.
1. 19/04/2026
I received an email saying my account was suspended for violating X rules. At first I thought it might be spam because I always follow the rules and post original content.
But when I opened the app, it showed “your account has been suspended (read-only mode)”. I was genuinely shocked. I appealed straight away, but it said my case was in a queue and I had to wait.
2. 27/04/2026 – account restored
I waited over 7 days with no update. Nothing changed, so I submitted another appeal. After 2 more days, I finally received an email saying my account was restored. No violation found.
3. My honest opinion
I’ve used other platforms before but never experienced something like this. I understand X uses automated systems to monitor activity, but instantly suspending accounts based on automation doesn’t feel right. Flagging is fine, but decisions like suspension should be reviewed properly first, not done immediately by a system.
4. The impact
When an account gets wrongly suspended, it’s not just access you lose. It affects consistency, audience reach, impressions, everything. Something you’ve been building daily just stops overnight.
5. Content issue
Another thing I noticed. someone downloaded my original image and posted it as their own content, and nothing happened to their account. Meanwhile, the original account got flagged and suspended. That part doesn’t really make sense and I hope X improves this.
6. Monetisation concerns
X still hasn’t made the ad revenue system fully clear. A lot of creators don’t know how payouts are calculated. Some people put real effort and get very little, while low-effort content sometimes gets rewarded more. Hopefully this becomes more transparent and fair.
Final thought
Mistakes happen, I understand that. But when creators are building something consistently, systems need to be more accurate and transparent.
Thanks for reading. Hope this helps someone, and hopefully X improves this going forward.@elonmusk@nikitabier@monetization_x
Imagine you woke up one morning and everything you’ve been building suddenly stopped, job gone, plans gone, routine gone.
What would you actually rely on then? Or are most people just hoping it never happens?
A small truth about life.
People don’t usually tell you where you stand with them.
You figure it out by how they show up,
how consistent they are,
and how things feel over time.
And once you see it,
you can’t ignore it anymore.
