Quincy Police Department arrests Ahmeal Gainer (22) for Homicide – Murder in the Second Degree. The arrest stems from an early-morning incident that occurred at the Tanyard Creek Park in Quincy, where the victim, Shanderika Y. Kelly (22), was shot multiple times by Gainer.

QPD Makes Aggravated Assault, Weapon- and Drug-Related Arrests
QPD officers made an arrest resulting from an aggravated assault incident, which evolved into an additional arrest for weapon and drug charges. The incident occurred in the District 1 area of Quincy.
