These city managers and mayors are living in their own worlds with all of this eminent domain; they wave their brush and paint away businesses that exist and thrive in the name of vanity projects for developer buddies

That this is being done under eminent domain is a misuse of it's intent. Plenty of other sites in the area that aren't home to businesses that positively impact the city, e.g. that seedy Freedom Park across the tracks, or the rotting behemoth above the T station, or
