Well said. I usually sold too early, and been struggling with this issue. I think what we need to do is to have scale out system to rule out your emotions.

The fear of giving profits back is why you exit too early.

You see green. You panic. You close.

Trade runs 200% without you.

The fix isn't mental strength. It's a system.

Scale out at your first target. Move your stop to break even. Let the rest run.

Now you've locked in profit AND you're still in the trade.

Fear disappears when you have a plan.

Break even day, only up $56 today, but only half size today. 1 loss and 1 win on nvda 195 break, the entry was great, but still sold too early.

Up 3.14R, took qs 606 break, it was kinda extended, but I saw the buying pressure is so strong, and seller can’t bring it down, entered it when it broke.
Managed the trade well, but still sold too soon.

down 1R today, the execution and entry was good, but just no follow through, should not take this HOD break on NVDA, since it was too slow and choppy. The price action was just too hesitant on the breakout.

Up 2.2R today, took spy 687 break. Followed my plan. it was a nice and easy day, but still sold a little too early, since I saw the break was too extended and wanted to take some profits, maybe take 50% off instead of 75%.

up 1R today, took the TSLA 407.5 break to the downside, saw the big flash, but I sold too early cuz my entry is not nice, so I decided to take out of the most profit at first candle, the first candle is down almost $2. Should leave the rest.

SPY 680 was setup nice, but I saw the break was too slow, so didn’t take it
QQQ 597 also didn’t take it, when it broke from green to red, should take the trade. No reason to not take it. Maybe still emotion

Up 0.7R today, took 612 puts break down, I didnt not follow my plan to hold it till 15%, sold too early. Even though I’m making money today, still a losing day.
Execution is terrible.
