@PSOSRoads .bit more detail. The person pulled over on an active fast lane, had hit a cone from swerving and decided to stop then and there to "inspect the damage" no hazzards, immediately closing the 2-3 car space my son had given the car in front which had to swerve sandwiching my son

@PSOSRoads I'm sorry I didn't mean to write this so abruptly. My son called and gave a statement but we are unsure if this was passed to the officer. The other driver admitted on body cam we hope what he did but it appears his employer arrived advocated and said it was a breakdown..
