@Se_Railway @tga1976 Just one of the archaic rules. Drivers need 7 days notice of a change of shift. By calling strike off the day before, they couldn’t be made to come in. 15 mins allowed to walk to their cab. If a boss interrupts their break to talk, the break is extended! Ridiculous
