@eon_next for the last four months my gas smart meter readings have not been added to my bill! I have submitted via the app but need to know why this is happening and when can you sort it? I’m sure I’m not the only one, some may not notice until you hit them with a large bill! 😡

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced @curryspcworld! Waiting 4 weeks for a damaged (arrived faulty) item to be collected and 3 weeks for a manager to call me back as none of you call centre staff could help.. sort it out!! #currys #curryspcworld #teamknowhow
