Codex 有个毛病：小修小改，特别喜欢往死里折腾。

上次只是补一个对应的文件名，它硬是跑了将近 11 分钟。😅

后来我才发现，对付这种小改，不能只告诉它“改什么”，还得告诉它“做到什么程度就停”。

现在我都会直接加一句：👇

“小改模式。只完成指定修改，不重构、不扩大范围、不新增测试。没有修改业务逻辑时，只检查 diff 和必要的静态错误，确认完成后立即停止。”

本质上，就是给 Codex 加一个验证预算 + 停止条件。
