I'm truly disappointed that a billion-dollar corporation like Apple is willing to take advantage of the middle class. I used two one-week subscriptions with two apps, and despite the app companies being
willing to give me a refund, Apple refuses to issue it. @AppStore

I had every intention of canceling the apps, but as an ICU nurse, life got busy.
After looking this up, it seems to be an ongoing issue with Apple. I'm
surprised this isn't more widely reported in the media. It's disheartening as a loyal Apple customer to experience this. @Apple
