@MetLife 9 days later. Nothing. No response nothing but crickets. What do we need to do to get this crown covered. It’s not cosmetic. It’s necessary. Have they talked to the dentist who is in your plan that I’m required to see??

@MetLife worst insurance ever. You can fit a dental instrument into the crack in my husbands tooth but MetLife won’t pay a crown??Even though we are using their required dentists??? But our secondary plan covers it?!? Been hearing bad things about MetLife and I guess it’s true
