@MrSoprano21 Absolutely agree with you there 100% should’ve won that game how the defense gave us multiple stops & we couldn’t get it done on the offensive side.
@MrSoprano21 When the run game is gone, defense is letting up stupid penalties, & you’re forced to pass your way back into the game you’re in for disaster.
@MrSoprano21 That’s why I said we let up most post season penalties in that game with Garoppolo (14 for 89 yards) . & our “star” RB couldn’t get over 50 yards rushing. He played decent in that match why are we saying he sucked?
@MrSoprano21 Not stating Dak didn’t have a bad performances in 2 of those playoff games but let’s not forget we had the most penalties in postseason history that SF game, Rams game we got ran over 200+, not saying he couldn’t get it done but he can’t be the only one on that field you see.
@MrSoprano21 You say “good enough” but not Super Bowl caliber why? because our roster still had holes that wouldn’t be fixed cause it started at the top which is who? Jerry Jones.
Proof that every #Eagles fan wants to be recognized like the #Cowboys.
It’s been over 30 years, and despite all the talk, the Eagles still have the fewest Super Bowl championships in the NFC East with 2. The Cowboys have 5, the Giants have 4, and Washington has 3.
I’ve spoken with former Cowboys players and interviewed coaches who were on the Cowboys staff. The one thing they consistently agree on is that Jerry Jones is the common denominator. Yet Eagles fans love to make it seem like every problem in Dallas is the fault of the quarterback, whether it’s Dak Prescott or Tony Romo.
So here’s the question for Eagles fans:
If Cowboys quarterbacks are supposedly the reason Dallas hasn’t won another Super Bowl, then why haven’t the Eagles surpassed Washington, the Giants, or the Cowboys in total Super Bowl championships? If you have all the answers about why Dallas hasn’t won, what’s the explanation for Philadelphia still being behind every other NFC East franchise in Super Bowl titles?
The reality is this: building a championship team takes much more than a quarterback. Front office decisions, coaching, roster construction, and defense all play major roles. Blaming one player while ignoring everything else is an oversimplification.
