Welcome to the second drop of S A P · 3 6 0.

In this episode, Harsha Ramakrishna (SVP, Sales) and Sujit Srivastava (SVP, SAP Solutions) sit down to answer a critical enterprise question:

Why is moving from ECC to S/4HANA so difficult?

Migrating to S/4HANA is rarely just a technical upgrade. It is a massive operational shift.

Most enterprises run on custom code built decades ago. The original architects are gone. Teams are adopting fit-to-standard models and SAP BTP instead of simply copying old ECC setups.

When you hit User Acceptance Testing (UAT), the biggest bottleneck appears: tribal knowledge.

Your subject matter experts spend weeks manually documenting scenarios instead of driving core business initiatives.

That is where the Modernize pillar comes in.

Harsha and Sujit break down how QyrusAI replaces guesswork with context:

- Ingests business blueprints (BPML), documentation, and active system configurations.

- Builds a unified Knowledge Graph of your end-to-end landscape.

- Automatically surfaces the right business scenarios and generates execution-ready scripts.

- Relieves functional experts from manual authoring so they can focus on review and validation.

The objective is never just running more tests. It is having the right coverage across your mission-critical workflows.

Watch the conversation below to see how context de-risks your S/4HANA migration.

Your observability stack can tell you a service is failing.

Can it tell you which customers, transactions, and revenue streams are at risk?

That’s the blind spot.

Enterprise teams have more telemetry than ever. More dashboards. More alerts. More monitoring.

Yet during a critical incident, leadership still asks:

What is affected?
How severe is it?
Which business service is at risk?
What should the team fix first?

The answer rarely sits inside a single monitoring dashboard.

44% of IT incidents stem from detectable failures. And 47% of outages are reported by customers before internal monitoring catches them.

The issue isn’t visibility. It’s business context.

The next step for observability is connecting technical signals to application dependencies, business workflows, customer journeys, and financial impact.

That shift can help teams:

→ Prioritize incidents based on business exposure
→ Reduce time spent tracing dependencies
→ Respond faster to critical failures
→ Protect customer experience and revenue

We need to stop measuring observability by how much data we collect.

The real measure is how quickly we turn that data into the right business decision.

How confident are you that next month’s technology bill won’t catch you by surprise?

When cloud, AI workloads, SaaS, and on-prem infrastructure all contribute to spend, tracking invoices is only half the battle.

The real challenge isn't seeing the total; it’s knowing:

• What is actually driving the cost?
• Which applications and business units own it?
• Where can you take immediate, governed action?

That’s where QyrusAI FinOps bridges the gap.

We help engineering and finance leaders move beyond static billing dashboards by:
🔹 Unifying visibility across hybrid and multi-cloud environments

🔹 Mapping dependencies to connect infrastructure costs directly to business services

🔹 Enforcing ownership so teams understand the why behind their spend

🔹 Eliminating waste by flagging idle resources, right-sizing workloads, and automating remediation workflows

In our latest whitepaper, FinOps: From Cost Visibility to Cost Predictability, we break down how enterprises shift from explaining yesterday's spend to preventing cost overruns before they happen.

The biggest fear around AI is losing our place in the workplace.

That anxiety is valid. But there is another side to the story that rarely gets enough airtime.

AI is not just about automation. It is about scale.

Think about your workload today. Now imagine having 50 intelligent agents reporting to you tomorrow.

They handle the manual grunt work. You focus on direction, judgment, and creativity.

Your value does not come from doing every task yourself. Your value comes from knowing what to build, what to test, and how to steer the ship.

In episode 2 of Qyrus Unscripted, Ameet Deshpande and Vatsal Saglani dive deep into unpacking what the rise of autonomous agents really means for teams and careers.

Kansas City, here we come.

Next week, QyrusAI is heading to Jack Henry Connect 2026.

Suraj Patel and Parth Patel share a quick look at what we are bringing to the floor. They will be joined on the ground by Harsha Ramakrishna and Swati Singh at the Kansas City Convention Center from October 19–21.

Modernizing around Jack Henry Symitar is tricky. Complex data migrations, custom interfaces, third-party integrations, and constant PowerOn scripts leave zero room for error. Manual validation simply cannot keep up.

That is where we come in. We de-risk Symitar migration and automate end-to-end integration testing across every API, member workflow, and core service. You can upgrade legacy systems faster without breaking critical banking journeys.

Stop by 𝐁𝐨𝐨𝐭𝐡 #1604 to meet the team and talk through your core roadmap.

Tech moves crazy fast right now.

New AI models drop every week. Automation standards change overnight. And yes, engineering teams are expected to keep pace with all of it.

Building at that speed can get chaotic real quick.

So how do you ship reliable software without burning people out?

That is where great culture steps in. Tools handle the repetitive grind, but people build the actual vision. And that is exactly where HR brings the human touch back into high-speed tech.

In this episode of Qyrus Candid, our host Harshitha sits down with Shilpa Uthappa, Head of HR here at QyrusAI.

They get real about what it actually takes to scale high-performance teams:

- Why a "let me figure it out" mindset beats a shiny resume every single time.

- Why waiting for a playbook in an AI-first company just slows you down.

- How to support engineers when sprints move at breakneck speed.

- Why stepping outside testing and code silos makes you a 10x better builder.

One takeaway from Shilpa really hit home:

Technology moves at 100 miles per hour, and people have to adapt fast. But at the end of the day, we are building game-changing tech with humans, not robots.

If you care about fast releases, clean testing, and the culture that keeps it all together, check out the full chat below.

@AamirAnsar94694 Great breakdown. We'd add continuous testing across the agent loop: stale memory, failed tool calls and unexpected outputs all need coverage. How an agent handles failure matters as much as how it completes the happy path😄

Today, we are thrilled to share that @QyrusAI has been recognized as a Visionary in the 2026 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Agentic Software Quality Assurance Platforms.

Software delivery is transforming at record speed. As engineering and AI teams build with generative models and autonomous agents, testing cannot stop at standard scripts, UI checks, and regression passes. You need to validate non-deterministic behaviors, complex tool use, and multiagent decision paths before they hit production.

We believe this recognition reflects our focus on meeting that exact challenge. By combining core test automation across web, mobile, desktop, and APIs with agentic orchestration through our SEER framework and independent LLM evaluation via Pulse/Gym, QyrusAI is purpose-built to help teams release autonomous systems with confidence.

A special thanks to @Gartner_inc analysts Ross Power, Sushant Singhal, and CA Swan for their deep analysis of this evolving category. We also extend our heartfelt thanks to our customers, partners, and team members who continue to push the boundaries of quality engineering alongside us.

10,020 minutes of testing cut down to 1,186.

That is an 88% drop in execution time.

Speed catches attention. But in regulated SAP environments, speed alone does not pass an audit.

A major North American Coca-Cola bottler faced a reality most enterprise leaders know well: testing across SAP GUI, web portals, mobile apps, and 40+ connected applications.

Traditional automation could not keep up. It created standard enterprise friction:
• Slow regression cycles
• Fragmented testing tools
• Disconnected workflows
• Manual data handling
• Zero end-to-end visibility

They solved this bottleneck by partnering with QyrusAI to move from isolated automation to intelligent test orchestration.

Using QyrusAI, the team orchestrated:
• Over 500 test scripts
• 19,000+ individual steps
• Cross-application handoffs across every connected system

Here is the difference:
Automation validates a single step on a single screen. QyrusAI manages everything before, during, and after that step. It provisions test data across connected systems, halts risky transports before staging, and captures audit-ready compliance evidence automatically.

For regulated enterprises, that control is the real win.

Watch David Bredeweg break down the details in the video below, and read the full case study here: https://t.co/09BhUzlQQu

Where does your team face the biggest hurdle: test speed, environment quality gates, or audit compliance?

[QyrusAI @QyrusAI]

Enterprise IT teams sift through nearly 4,000 alerts every single day.

About 40% to 50% are false alarms, yet downtime still costs up to $900,000 an hour.

Most organizations react by piling on more telemetry tools, but visibility alone never fixes the underlying architecture.

Observability platforms catch the smoke while testing environments run in complete isolation. Without a shared feedback loop, the same edge-case failures keep escaping into production.

In this video, Drew Martz talks through why 2026 is the year IT operations shift toward autonomous healing to multiply team efficiency:

• 𝐋𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰𝐥𝐞𝐝𝐠𝐞 𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐩𝐡𝐬 that pinpoint the real root cause in minutes instead of hours.

• 𝐂𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐝-𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐩 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 that automatically converts production incidents into regression test suites.

• 𝐀𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐀𝐈 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐩𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐲 𝐠𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐬 that handles routine diagnostics so engineers can validate fixes in seconds.

By eliminating the manual triage burden, teams save hundreds of hours each month and refocus their top talent on high-impact innovation.

Check out Drew's breakdown in the clip, and catch the full blog post at the link below.

@Ronald_vanLoon @antgrasso Keeping people in control has to show up in the product itself. Can they see why the AI made a choice, catch a mistake, and step in? Those are worth testing as carefully as the output.

[QyrusAI @QyrusAI]

@LearnWithBrij The “defining success” part hits home. We see it in testing too. You can automate plenty, but someone still has to ask whether you’re checking the things that actually matter to the business. Great points
