@Shopify how can I contact you as a customer of a merchant who is YOUR customer who allegedly refunded me via Shopify for orders I made over a year ago and didn’t receive, and maintains the issue that is causing me not to receive the refund is yours?

I got a reply (shocked) last night after I’d contacted my solicitor, advised as such, and I imagine they saw my posts, saying the issue was with Shopify, and were very apologetic. I’ll believe if it’s genuine when I receive refund. Upholding litigation in interim

They’ve ignored all emails I sent since 4 December asking when I will receive my refund. I’ve began legal action. DO NOT order from this ‘business’, posing as a supporter of Palestine, but in reality, unethical people, breaching consumer contracts.
