Then people will say: Thats not what we meant by Agile, eh, Spotify Model, I mean Team Topologies. It is not meant to replace your thinking, you should really adapt the MODEL to your needs. But it will be too late and we will get the next thing we will rename all our teams to 4/4

One big fear I take away from the excellent #kandddinsky conference is that Team Topologies will be the next "Spotify Model". 1/4
