The Brain Smart Start activity we will focus on this week is the activity to Unite. This brings the scattered minds & bodies in the classroom into a more congruent whole. It gets everyone on the same page by singing the same song, reciting the same chant, or moving in unison. 3/3

1. Activity to Unite
2. Activity to Disengage Stress
3. Activity to Connect the children to the teacher and each other
