Working on a 3 person team is rough. Mistakes stick out like a sore thumb and it’s so discouraging.

My coworker is already a rockstar and it just makes me feel like crap.

Tech is not my background so I have been doing my best to learn as I go.

Today is hard.

The struggle of working on a 3 person team (one person is the supervisor) and the other is a giant personality, who knows everything (they are smart 🙄), loves the spotlight & every thought seems to be validated & cheered on.

Definitely a challenge to feel seen & heard.
