@davepl1968 The semicolon after the for statement. It loops over i without doing anything until i becomes 5. It then exits the loop and assigns sum the value of i, which is 5. Also, declaring i before the for loop takes its scope outside of that loop.
The McDonald’s I’m eating at is playing Christmas music from a SiriusXM station. This station played the Diana Ross version of “Wonderful Christmastime” and Paul McCartney’s version, separated by a Sia song. I guess someone complained to the station.

@NYCTSubway With everything going on in Flushing right now (related to the #USOpen), it feels illegal to not run 7 trains into Manhattan. Or at the very least, run additional N trains to match the frequency of the 7 trains.
