@TideBusiness absolutely the most unprofessional bank. Account still paused, no access to my business funds. The same generic responses since Friday 17th, a fraudulent operation you are running. How the @TheFCA has allowed you to operate is a mystery.

@TideBusiness No thanks, I would rather have my tweets displayed on your public profile, so the whole world can see the unethical and irregular practise your bank carry out. Pausing accounts and leading your customer to self harm and mental health issues, I've spoke to many of your customers.
@juliencallede@TideBusiness 100% agree, this is unprofessional and unethical. I went to there registered address in London today and its just a dummy address, the front desk told me they've had many people come with the same problem only to be turned away
@juliencallede@TideBusiness Yes likewise I was trying to pay for a product using my business card and they deducted on two occassions duplicate transaction amounts and the since Friday no warning and similar emails as yourself. They need to be put on notice this is illegal.
@TideBusiness Yes you have but you are saying the same thing your support is saying through the app which unfortunately is not a satisfactory response. Right before Christmas you have done this and I've contacted my solicitors to commence legal action if my account is not unpaused today.
@TideBusiness have paused my account on Friday 17th 2021, sent many emails and messages through app to access to my account. I am a verified small business and no other bank does this. Tide are holding my funds without valid reason, I have no access before Christmas to my money.
