@TheDivisionGame Removing expertise in conflict is good but removing the watch bonuses is going to mess with build stats and require remaking builds before entering conflict. It might be better to give everyone the watch bonuses whilst in conflict and bring them up instead of down
@Daria_General@yannickbch@TheDivisionGame Wouldn't it make more sense to normalise player stats in conflict by giving them the watch bonuses. People at lower levels generally have the load out spots to create separate builds for the mode
Love the changes announced in Project Resolve for #division2. They sound awesome and I can't wait to see how they work. I am sceptical on removing the watch bonuses from Conflict though. Its going to force people to have to remake their builds to account for these changes
Players with any levels in the watch will need to be mindful of their stats as they lose the bonuses in Conflict and they will most likely have to sacrifice loadout spots for just Conflict which will limit their playstyles too much @Daria_General@yannickbch@TheDivisionGame
@ColdBwoyy I like your healing idea but I think healers (when fully specd out) are pretty strong so it might be better to raise base healing amounts and lower the amount that you get from increasing tier and then give full healers more buff abilities like reload speed, movement speed etc

Limit crit damage to around 150 (allow strained, coyotes, backfire etc to go over the cap) which would reduce overall damage and allow more hybrids. All red builds would need to use headshot damage rather than luck with crit
@Daria_General@yannickbch@TheDivisionGame have you thought about limiting crit damage (in pvp)? I think limiting it to around 150 would increase ttk (which is pretty fast right now) and promote the use of more hybrid builds as you won't be losing much in terms of dps
Things such as the coyote mask and the strained talent could surpass the limit and let a player go over. Builds, such as a Hazard build, would be more usable and I think it would overall improve the pvp experience
