I find it funny how some people spend $100 on tools and materials and 2+ hours on YouTube to fix something that would be $110 to replace.

@AmandaMGoetz Most general contractors will give a free rough est for work. Realtors can be good at identifying major problems and giving rough est for work on the basics.

I’d call some contractors to get their availability for doing estimates. Try to have them at your showings if possible.
