@secondfret The only reason green space should exist in a parking lot is for human and other animals to enjoy. Cars don’t need grass. So I’m using the space provided to make life nicer in the parking lot. Lol
So turns out. This current round is going to be like $180 for a $179.99 item.
*repeats to self* “Less waste is good…. I will use the tools again someday…. You have needed that tool anyway….”

I find it funny how some people spend $100 on tools and materials and 2+ hours on YouTube to fix something that would be $110 to replace.
It’s me.
I’m some people.
What can I say. I just like to fix things 😂
And I’ll tell myself that I will fix it more than once, so it’ll be worth it.
And MAYBE I’ll even fix that thing as a service for other people!!
I’m investing in a small startup, really.
This is such a game changer for nocode devs!
Now you can work on your projects on the go when connections are spotty or absent.
Spend a week in a remote cabin finishing your app or difficult project.
Keep this up @flutterflow, I hope other nocode platforms will follow suit!
We're excited to launch FlutterFlow for MacOS (Beta). This new version brings an even faster building experience!

Thanks to the power of #flutter, we were able to build and launch this in just 3 weeks🔥
@AmandaMGoetz Most general contractors will give a free rough est for work. Realtors can be good at identifying major problems and giving rough est for work on the basics.
I’d call some contractors to get their availability for doing estimates. Try to have them at your showings if possible.
