I demand that you either refund my deposit immediately or restore my ability to withdraw my own funds without further delay.
I deposited directly from my bank account after months of being reassured by your team via email that my account was active, verified, and fully functional. At no point was I warned that any withdrawal restrictions was applied.
What's particularly unacceptable is that I wasn't informed of this issue until roughly 8 hours after making my deposit, despite repeatedly contacting support trying to understand why my withdrawal wasn't working.
If this restriction existed, I should have been notified before accepting my deposit, not hours afterwards when my funds were already locked on your platform.
This is exactly why I stopped using your app previously. Your fees and spreads are already significantly higher than competitors, and support has been extremely unhelpful throughout this process.
The moment I deposit funds, my ability to withdraw is suddenly disabled. From my perspective, that is completely unacceptable.
Either process a full refund immediately or restore withdrawal access so I can remove my funds. Once this issue is resolved, I will not be using your platform again.
@T_to_the_O_MY@cryptocom They're literally scammers themselves. For months the've been telling me my account is fine to use then I deposit thousands today and they dont respond to support and instead disable and restrict my account from being able to withdraw my OWN MONEY.

I've been a customer for years with a fully verified KYC account.
For months I've been repeatedly asked for bank statements, proof of income and additional documents. Every time I provide what they ask, weeks or months pass and they come back requesting something different.
Throughout this entire process I was repeatedly told:
"Your account is currently active and secure. You can continue to use our services."
Today I deposited several thousand dollars into my account. At no point before making that deposit was I informed that my withdrawals were restricted or about to be restricted.
Shortly after depositing, I discovered I could no longer withdraw my funds. I spent the next 8 hours trying to contact support and get an explanation, only to be ignored and passed around.
Then, 8 hours after my deposit and only after I repeatedly chased support, I finally received an email informing me that all outgoing cash and crypto withdrawals on my account had been suspended.
If withdrawals were restricted, why wasn't I told before depositing? Why was I repeatedly told my account was active and that I could continue using the platform?
Even now I'm allowed to deposit more money and continue trading, but I can't withdraw my own funds.

On top of that charging me money just for support to do the refund is crazy.
I pay thousands of dollars every time I exchange crypto for fiat.
Can’t even get support the one time I need it!
