This stage is so important because it provides the structural support needed, creating a strong base for what’s to come.

Our team quickly moved into foundation work, followed by underground plumbing, electrical installations and vertical concrete construction. We then kept the project moving by completing the concrete slab before now reaching the structural concrete podium in just about four months

This 6-story project includes 214 homes, with 98 one-bedroom, 57 two-bedroom & 59 three-bedroom units with 109 parking spaces. With welcoming living spaces, outdoor courtyards, a community garden and amenities, this project is about creating a place residents can feel at home 🫶
