Huge well done Brucie! Click below for the story and if you're able to make a donation to @SSAFA it would be hugely appreciated. It's the end of Brucie's time in service now - what a way to finish! ๐๐๐๐๐ช๐ฅ
THREAD 1. โWhat the hell just happened?โ - My partner (a 999 Fire Control supervisor) and I both used exactly the same phrase as we got home from work today. The true story of today will not become clear until incidents are debriefed, call and incident numbers are reconciled, and
@RAFFireService after looking at the pics of the BV down south today I realised that it was 30 years ago this month that I went down south!!! @falklands_utd
Not my video, but passed to me by a former @LondonFire colleague. A house fire in East London a couple of weeks ago caused by an e-scooter lithium battery. The burning batteries 'flaring' causes overpressure which looks like mini-backdraughts!!!
Not forgetting a shout out to the @RAFFireService, present at every beach landing that the @RoyalAirForce conducts
Along with the Tac Air Traffic Controllers of @RAF_AirOpsRec, who will prep the strip 4 hours before the aircraft arrive & are the crews eyes & ears on the ground
We have plenty of positive male role models to celebrate on #InternationalMensDay2021 in our RAF Fire Stations across the country. Thanks all of you for making such a difference!
Please excuse the screen recording but RAF Firefighters in The Falklands are fundraising while paying tribute to Firefighters lost as a result of the 9/11 attacks. Please offer support & donate if you are able. Great job all! ๐ช๐ฅ #RAF#911attack#military https://t.co/j4BWYJGnIb
