#MDCAT: As expected PMC again sought time to file reply. We informed Hong SHC that these are deliberate tactics to frustrate our petition as PMC wants to conclude admissions so that reconduct becomes practically impossible. We requested for a short date, next hearing on 12 Jan.

Please note if Court orders for #MDCAT to be reconducted then all demands of grace marks, or recheck or even lowering passing score are useless. It is was sub standard test which was not based on the merit criteria promised by PMC i.e. common syllabus. Best solution is reconduct

This is not our case. Prayer in this petition is for recheck. You recheck a paper if you admit it was conducted fairly whereas we maintain that since questions came out of syllabus paper is invalid so no point of recheck also if paper was leaked then also no point of recheck.

Sindh Govt raising #MDCAT issue now but truth is it never bothered nominating members for Academic Board to safeguard interest of students of Sindh viz a viz out of syllabus questions. PPP also never challenged PMC Act in Court either, it was done by VCs of Unis in pvt capacity
